At www.cortana.es you can buy a selection of the ready to wear collections.

HOW TO BUY:
Select your size and color. Make sure you have chosen the the correct size by using the guidelines in our size chart. All clothing are shown in Central European sizes, through the size guide you will see its equivalent in other systems.

Choose the area you want to receive your purchase, Cortana’s online store sells to the following countries:
Austria, Bulgaria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Jordan, Qatar, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Slovenia, Spain, Slovakia, Slovenia, Saudi Arabia, Sweden, Switzerland, United States, United Arab Emirates.

-Cortana Does not ship to the following areas of the countries of the European Union: Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands (Spain), Helgoland and the town of Büsingen (Germany), the Faroes and Greenland (Denmark), Aland Islands islands (Finland), Mount Athos (Greece), San Marino, Livigno, Campione or areas of Lago di Lugano (Italy), Channel Islands and Gibraltar (United Kingdom).

3. In order complete your purchase you need to select either payment with a credit card or with a PayPal account. Both are secure methods of payment.

4. Complete the form with your address, billing information and select your desired method of payment.

5. If your data is validated, the request will complete successfully and you will see the confirmation of purchase along with your order reference. You will also receive this information via e-mail.

SHIPPING COSTS:
Shipping costs differ depending on the country of destination and the product. The shipping costs are automatically calculated and are reflected in the payment page.
The goods always travel with postage prepaid and charged on the invoice.
We remind you that customs charges or taxes of the country shall be borne by the customer.

METHODS OF PAYMENT:
You can make payments through PayPal, credit card or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex). It is not necessary to have a PayPal account in order to buy at www.cortana.es

DELIVERY:
The delivery date is calculated from the time that the cash payment is made. Shipments of garments from the pret-a-porter and tulle collections will be delivered within approximately 5-10 business days.
Delivery times are approximate and a delay in it in any does not include a possible claim for damages.

TRACKING ORDERS:
When the order leaves CORTANA warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number of the carrier company.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN SENT?
For safety reasons, we cannot change the address to which your order is shipped. In case you are not present at the moment of delivery, the carrier will leave a note with information in order to organize a new delivery date or informing where you can pick up your package.

RETURNS:
If for any reason upon receipt of your order you are not completely satisfied, you have 15 calendar days from the date of receipt for returning your shipment. Returned items must be in its original condition, unused with all product labels and all accessories included.
Currently it is only possible to make a return and a change of size or color is not possible. In order to return you shipment you need to follow the instructions on the form included in your package.
-The cost of return shipment will be at your expense.

-We remind you that customs charges or taxes of the country when shipping to Spain shall be borne by the customer.

Product returns which are incomplete, damaged, modified or in any condition which Cortana can reasonably believe have been used will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their cost.

HOW TO RETURN A SHIPMENT:
Enter in the original package the item or items you want to return along with the return form which was included in the original shipment.
1. Put the product in the original shipping box.
2. Complete the returns form and include it in the box.
3. Contact your courier of choice to arrange the time of collection.
Remember that the cost of returning your goods are to be borne by the customer.

REFUNDS:
Refunds for orders will be credited to the original purchasers once returned and received at our warehouse. Please allow up to 7-10 working days after receipt of your return, a returns confirmation will be emailed once received to confirm when a refund will be issued.
Please retain your returns confirmation until you have received your refund.
Once the refund has been issued a refund confirmation will then be dispatched.
Please note: All card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on the processing time. Please note that this may vary between card issuers.

We recommend keeping your shipping note until you have received the refund.
